I’ve been capturing images of Goths on the streets of Whitby for many years, and the culmination of this effort will be the publication in 2025 of a
hand-made volume called 'Gotika' to be published in the months leading up to the Autumn Gathering. The book will be a limited edition, signed and
numbered, with a foreword by Sir Christoper Frayling. Professor Frayling is probably one of the most wide-ranging cultural historians of our times,
a man of many achievements and the author of publications too numerous to mention. One of these is the seminal 'Vampyres' through which many
Goths will know his work. 'Gotika' is also the title of an exhibition of my work which will be held in Whitby's Pannett Art Gallery from 11 October 2025
to 23 November 2025, which covers all three days of the Autumn Gathering.
